Cold and Grey

The sky is sleeping cold and grey
Just to watch makes me drowsy
As I watch clouds float about
But I soon realize the sky is never clear
It would take a thousand men
to push away such heavy sky
Its deep breath causes trees to fall
You must avoid the small drizzle
When the sky is sleeping cold and grey

The sky is waking
New to life
The park is full
The blossoms show
The green grass grows
And the loyal German shepherd pants
The sky is waking
New to life
The sky goes back to sleep tonight
